What you''ll do:As a Product Marketing Specialist, you''ll work collaboratively with colleagues in all functions to ensure that all communications assets and innovations are aligned with the brand''s overall strategy and expression, coordinating agencies briefings and establishing partnerships with regional and local functions. Help Electrolux keep delivering outstanding experiences, and we''ll help you go higher than ever before:In detail, you will:Plan and develop integratedcommunication plans for the brand, according to categories and markets, working across areas and with supplier teams. Develop communication assets focused on regional commercial launching plans, promoting brand positioning within innovation projects. Implement and champion market and consumer insights into business, identifying innovation opportunities and analyzing the competition, as well as mapping communication initiatives in order to ensure differentiation. Manage project and communication calendars. Promote the increase of marketing ability in order to enhance sales profitability, following product performance alongside with Product Line and local market teams. Control budget for the area. Who you are:Bachelor''s degree in Administration, Marketing, Advertising or Communications. MBA or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Branding or Business Management is a plus. Experience with product development and launch projects. Experience with regional positions, working within Latin American countries other than Brazil. Experience with planning and development of communication materials. Experience with marketing and communication agencies. Advanced Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced English. Intermediate Spanish.
