It means we explore and leverage the consumer journey, with focus on in-store and e-commerce conversion, ensuring that value is consistently created along the way for both parties. Within the sector, the Product Line teams aim to support this mission by driving P&L management in Brazil, and deploying a successful commercial strategy for the product categories, allowing Electrolux to reach even better sales results. What you''ll do:As a Product Line Specialist, you will be responsible for P&L management for the small appliances product category, ensuring timely creation of innovative features and products, effective ranging, strong product messaging and effective launch strategy and execution. In detail, you will:- Empresa importante charge of the management process, controlling Projects and Commercial Launch Plan (CLP) status and leading the CLP within the Product Line scope; - Prepare business review presentations, new projectbusiness cases and strategy, participating on project checkpoint meetings; - Act a as focal point for R&D and Design discussions, bringing P&L understanding to support project development and providing support for the Training area in technical matters; - Support the Consumer Research Briefing, bringing your expertise on Market dynamics, competition movements, consumer behavior and business variables; - Translate technical features to consumer-driven benefits for local communication material, coordinating product launch presentations with the Marketing team; - Participate in clinicsand suggest improvements in products; - Support team leadership in building long-term strategy plans for the category, contributing to continuous improvement; - Seek partnerships withcompanies linked to the product of the category for co-development and actions in the Point of Sale. As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W). Who you are:You have:- Business School degree, Bachelor''s degree in Marketing or equivalent; - Experience with innovation and/or product development projects; - Experience with product marketing at a multinational company; - Knowledge of pricing formulation; - Advanced Office skills(Excel, PowerPoint); - Advanced English;- Basic Spanish.
