Who are we looking for?Our client is seeking an experienced NHT/CCR Process Optimization Consultant to join our Global Manufacturing Excellence (GME) organization under the Downstream Operation Engineering Solutions Department (OESD). The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical mind and a proven track record of optimizing NHT and CCR processes. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. A Master's Degree or PhD is preferred. 15 years of experience in process engineering, with at least 10 years of hands-on technical experience in NHT and CCR optimization within a refinery environment. Strong technical background in process engineering fundamentals, including reaction kinetics, thermodynamics, and mass and energy balances. Proficiency in leading process simulation software (e. g. , Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II). Demonstrated technical experience in applying process optimization techniques and statistical data analysis. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. A proven track record of applying technical expertise to drive optimization and manage client relationships effectively. Willingness to travel for on-site client engagements. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive technical assessments of clients' NHT and CCR units. Apply technical expertise to translate insights into actionable recommendations. Collaborate closely with clients' process engineering teams. Lead technical benchmarking initiatives. Develop and deliver targeted technical training programs. Guide clients in selecting and implementing advanced process simulation tools. Provide expert technical advice on catalyst management strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest technical advancements. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
