PROCESS ANALYST

Airswift is seeking a Process Analyst to work on an outsourced contract in Rio de Janeiro with a major Oil & Gas Operator.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Project management for digital project in IOCT Digital Excelence Brazil Process Mapping.
a.
Conduct thorough process mapping exercises to understand current workflows and identify areas for improvement.
b.
Document and analyze business processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
c.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness.
Project Management.
a.
Lead and participate in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
b.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
c.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
Business Analyst.
a.
Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
b.
Collaborate on the design and implementation of IT solutions to meet business needs.
c.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
d.
Provide recommendations for business process optimization and automation.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
Experience in process mapping and business process improvement.
Experience in data analysis using Power BI desirable.
Knowledge in software development using Microsoft plataforms such as C#, ASP.
ET Core, and Power Apps will be considered an advantage.
