We are looking for a Pricing & Deal Desk Associate to help us optimize our pricing strategies and streamline deal-making processes, driving the growth of U4B.
The Pricing & Deal Desk team, nestled within the Global Strategy & Planning unit at U4B, plays a pivotal role in powering our global go-to-market (GTM) efforts.

Craft competitive B2B pricing and commercial strategies that deliver value and drive growth.
Process Development and Implementation.
Design and roll out efficient, scalable processes to enhance our operational efficiency.
Incentive Program Design.
Design incentive initiatives, determining which programs to launch, how to price them, and setting clear guidelines on deal qualifications.
Support Global Sales Teams.
Provide our sales teams around the world with strategic insights and guidance to help them excel.
Collaboration & Execution.
Manage key projects, working closely with teams from Sales, Product, Marketing, and Legal to ensure aligned execution.
Data Analysis & Insights.
Analyze data to gain actionable insights, assessing the performance of our deal desk, incentives, and other key metrics.
Deal Review and Recommendation.
Review deal incentives and terms at both the Micro and Macro level for suitability and provide valuable recommendations to the sales team in support of value creation.
Basic Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant roles, particularly in deal desking, pricing, commercial strategy, finance, consulting, or technology sectors.
Proficient in data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets.
SQL proficient.
Proactive mindset with a strong focus on results and taking ownership of projects.
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities.
Solid business understanding and acumen.
Effective organizational and project management skills; capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously.
Basic financial knowledge, including an understanding of P&L statements.
Stellar presentation and communication abilities.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in English and Spanish.
Bonus points Experience working within SaaS, and/or consumption-based services.
Experience in B2B sectors is a plus.
Innate curiosity with a track record of leveraging data for business decision-making.
Demonstrated experience in building relationships across departments, preempting concerns, and effectively advocating for priorities.
Comfortable navigating shifting priorities and tackling new challenges.
Interest in contributing to a dynamic commercial organization.
