This position reports to Marketing and Communication Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of pricing strategies for the Electrification division, to maximize profit and market share, while ensuring customer satisfaction with ABB.
Each day, you will follow a robust pricing infrastructure and pricing policies to deliver measurable results.
You will also showcase your expertise by providing support for developing effective and efficient standards and special pricing strategy in line with the global division strategy, value, competition, and cost/profit.
You will be mainly accountable for.
Supports in developing and implementing a sustainable process to gather market pricing data on offerings from ABB and the competitors across the globe.
Supports in developing effective and efficient standards and special pricing strategy in line with the global division strategy, value, competition, and cost/profit.
Follows the established pricing guidelines and ensures their application/adherence within the relevant organization.
Analyzes the pricing structure and the conditions to calculate profit reserves.
Proposes strategic and operational pricing corrections as appropriate, for approval by the division Sales/Portfolio/Product Manager.
Contributes to the creation, implementation, and maintenance information on pricing to ensure proper internal transfer pricing across local business units and regions and establishes the processes to manage pricing requests beyond the scope of agreed guidelines.
Supports in developing pricing concepts to establish and manage and/or cross-divisional pricings, such as in-frame agreements and key accounts/ industrial segment requirements, to ensure consistency.
Shares knowledge and supports its application throughout their area of accountability.
Drives increased profitability through established professional pricing infrastructure.
Acts as the interface between the sales team and the global division pricing department/or the Head of Division Pricing.
Extracts and analyzes data from sales/financial tools to measure effectiveness of the current pricing strategy (revenue, margin, and volume improvement) and provides regular status reports to the relevant local and the global management.
Qualifications for the role Bacharel's degree Administration, Marketing or correlated areas.
Mandatory advanced level of english.
Necessary advanced skills in Excel and Power BI, with previous experience in pricing.
Desirable knowledge in CRM Salesforce.
