Consultant Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with 4 to 8 years of experience in analytics to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Power BI and a strong background in Warehouse Management and Outbound Logistics.
This role involves analyzing data generating insights and providing actionable recommendations to improve business operations Responsibilities Analyze complex datasets to identify trends patterns and insights that can drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide real-time data visualization and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for analytics projects.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve warehouse management and outbound logistics processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of logistics operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Assist in the design and execution of experiments to test hypotheses and validate business strategies.
- Ensure data integrity and security by following best practices in data management and governance.
- Train and mentor junior analysts on the use of Power BI and other analytical tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and supply chain management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics processes and methodologies.
-Qualifications - Possess a bachelors degree in Business Analytics Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in business analytics with a focus on warehouse management and outbound logistics.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Show excellent communication skills both written and verbal for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Display a keen attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Have experience in project management Primary Skills.
