PLANNER TURNAROUND

Airswift is seeking a Planner Turnaround to work on a outsourced contract in Rio de Janeiro with a major Oil & Gas operator.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Establish a detailed schedule for the turnaround and implement routines for progress reporting and reporting the execution of turnaround; Analyse progress and identify necessary actions to ensure achievement of the turnaround objectives; Ensure that the planning process is in accordance with current safety requirements; Ensure organizational commitment and clear communication of plan; Prepare, coordinate and lead regular status meetings Contribute to the development of best practices for planning shutdowns; Contribute to the implementation, support and maintenance of standardized planning methods and tools; Work across disciplines in the organization and be responsible for effective planning and optimal utilization of resources; Participate in planning tasks in Operational Projects such as campaign planning, or project controlling.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS Relevant planning experience; Bachelor in engineering, business administration, economics or other similar courses; Fluent in Portuguese and English, oral and written; Expertise in planning tools such as SAP, Safran or Primavera; Relationship builder with good collaboration skills in interdisciplinary teams; Accurate and systematic; Proactive and results-oriented; ABOUT AIRSWIFT Airswift serves as a strategic partner to our clients in STEM industries.
