Performance Test Engineer Latam - In this role youll get to Analyze and elicit non-functional requirements (incl. performance-related) and other requirements-related documents/files across needed/expected performance testing activitiesCreate performance testing scenarios according to operational profile, planned load distribution and planned load level using performance testing tool (JMeter)Execute planned performance tests (all planned types) defined within the projectCreate performance-related bug reports in the bug tracking system and perform the fixed bugs'' verificationActively participate in daily project team meetings and brainstorming activities related to the project issuesProvide updates to effort estimates and status of assigned tasksProvide recommendations to Lead and/or FM to improve performance testing related procedures, systems, and toolsProvide inputs for SOW effort estimation (incl. HLE projects, LLE estimates, tasks/CR level estimates)Actively contribute to continuous improvements to performance testing methodology and underlying processesWork with Lead and project leads in defining technical issues and performance bottlenecks Your skills and qualifications 1+ year of performance testing experienceTheoretical knowledge base in performance testingAcknowledgment with analytical tools (like Google Analytics) and basic performance entry dataExperience with the main Test scenarios creation in performance testing toolExperience with load test types execution (smoke, stress, spike, stepping etc. )Server monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana) and server metrics (resource utilization)Experience with CI and GitExperience with performance testing estimationExperience with toolsJiraConfluenceJmeterJenkins (understanding how to run job and analyze the results)AWS (how to start/stopinstances, analyze metrics)FE tools (Google PageSpeed, WebPageTest, Chrome Dev Tool, Google LightHouse)Experience with documentation:Bug Reports creationPerformance Test ReportIntermediate English writing and speaking skills. Experience with performance test management activities (RQs analysis, test scenarios design and execution, test plan and strategy updates, risk management, coordination, control, analysis and reporting, metrics, lessons learned); Experience with improvement of processes within QA department (performance testing related); Basic knowledge of programming (JS, groovy, java, python etc. ); Experience with performance requirements elicitation and analysis; Experience with documentation:Performance Test PlanProficient level in communications with client; Cross-platform experience.
