Performance Marketing Specialist - However instead of focusing on short-term sales goals, our mission is to help advertisers effect profound, business-critical transformations. This role''s focus will be on Growth Marketing:Supporting clients to achieve profitable growth with the help of digital marketing. **Responsibilities**:Digital marketing:Segment advertisers based on marketing efficiency levers (for example:Optimizing media for the correct metric, first party data integration and others). Business acumen:Identify advertisers with high potential for growth marketing based on industry and financial data (for example:Increasing investment, adjusting acquisition cost). Influencing:Persuade the sales teams and their clients of the importance of growth levers, and support them in their adoption. Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:Use tools such as GoogleAds, internal Google tools and spreadsheets to analyze an advertiser''s historical investment, cost of acquisition, adoption of Google Marketing Solutions and Growth Potential. Use Google Ads and Google internal tools to simulate different growth scenarios for advertisersRun meetings with Google''s sales teams to present opportunities. Support the sales team to create and deliver presentations to advertisers. - Google Ads- Performance marketing optimization- Analytical and problem solving skills- Communication skillsSpecific Tools or Applications experience:Google Ads.
