As part of One team, One Kroll, youll contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment that empowers you to excel. **ROLE**:The Regional People Business Partner will be the lead point of contact within the People Function for Krolls LATAM region, which includes Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and Colombia. This role is based in Sao Paolo and will have a team reporting into it in both Sao Paolo and Mexico City. Reporting to the Regional Head of People, Americas, the Business Partner works in partnership with our Global People Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to plan, deliver and implement our global solutions, frameworks, and initiatives in country, balancing global consistency and local relevance. This role will manage all employee relations issues in the LATAM region and act as an escalation point for advice, interpretation and guidance on people policies, practices and processes in the region. **RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Shape and drive the execution of the regional People plan and priorities, aligned to the overall Kroll people strategy. - Oversee and manage local coordinators and business partners within the LATAM region. - Manage ER/IR issues. Provide expertise to people leaders and act as an escalation point for complex cases/issues, providing advice, interpretation and guidance on people policies, practices and processes. - Partner with the Centres of Excellence and Global People Business Partners to design, develop, and implement global solutions, frameworks, and initiatives, balancing global consistency with local relevance and geographic needs. - Enable and improve the end-to-end colleague experience at a regional level, driving towards becoming an employer of choice in that market. - Develop new ways of working to unlock enterprise value and take actions to ensure that the organizational cultural intent and leadership behaviors are embedded in the country. - Represent the voice of employee and the needs of the geography to the People Leadership Team, Executive Leadership Team and the wider organisation. - Act as a point of connection across the People functional teams to foster a positive culture and engagement across the region and serve as a point of integration for all activities. - Ensure compliance with HR policies, local workforce laws and regulations. Lead on HR business continuity planning and manage people risk in the country. - Lead annual cyclical activities in the country (e. G. , talent reviews, year-end, employee engagement), aligned to global frameworks and the needs of the business. Ensure initiatives are communicated, understood, and implemented consistently across the business within the country. - Develop and execute the talent strategy at a country level, aligned to global frameworks and business need. Identify the collective development needs of the local teams through talent reviews, leadership insights and employee feedback. - Strengthen people leader capabilities at a country level through coaching and targeted skill development and learning. **REQUIREMENTS**:- Experience of successfully operating in a Senior Regional HR leader role- Extensive knowledge of evolving local employment legislation and labor compliance across our LATAM countries- Significant people management, leadership, and stakeholder management experience. - Ability to work collaboratively across a global matrixed organization. - Strong influencing and communication skills, able to cascade complex messages in simple form, and ensure colleagues can see how what they do day to day supports the company strategic priorities and direction. - Strong understanding of the local talent landscape, pipeline, and labor market. - Ability to think conceptually and strategically, and flex between the big picture view and the detailed execution. - Able to drive transformative change and lead through influence. - Displays a strong commercial acumen and able to drive the business transformation agenda by informing management decisions. - Confidentially uses data and analytics to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to the business. - Demonstrates strong brand stewardship by displaying good judgement and understanding how decisions can impact Krolls reputation. - Thinks holistically about the organization and adopts a broad range of perspectives to drive value through organizational development and design. - Able to look beyond existing methodologies and ways of working to define and resolve complex problems. - Able to develop plans and deliver results in fast-changing busine
