What the day will look like Director for the P&C and Agro component of Aon Brazil''s Risk Managed Accounts segment, passionate about delivering client service strategies for a portfolio of P&C and Agro accounts! Responsible for leading agreed brokerage strategies, in collaboration with Aon policy, to ensure a clear path to client success, retention and growth outcomes! Drive the negotiation and placement of insurance/reinsurance contracts, producing desktop & market quotations and lead terms, for the Specialty; Apply market expertise to craft, deliver, innovate and place new/expanded business opportunities, renewals and mid-term adjustments to improve market competitiveness, drive growth and efficient outcomes clients; Partner with Aon resources to deliver the widest practical range of insurance solutions and services to client, with also complete contributions to tender responses to ensure timely submission and quality of reports; Ensure implementation of broking quality initiatives including: Client Promise; Sales / Cross Selling; Wording/Slip standardization; Standard Contracts; Data Quality; Broking operations process flow; Carrier / market engagements; Collaborate with the market and to secure optimum outcome for client risk coverage and help with Aon Inpoint engagements; Chip in to key thought leadership content for our clients and markets, and demonstrate understanding and insight into the industry, clients, risks and solutions; Give to up to date marketing materials on carrier appetite and solutions available to Specialty clients; Supply to regular "State of the Market" reports updating on market trends and losses relevant to the Specialty; Ensure knowledge and standard methodology approaches are brought together, detailed and shared to ensure resiliency in the broking function; Ensure that all broking / placement activity is in compliance with regulations and Aon Company Policy and Guidelines. Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent ; Postgraduate will be considered a differential; Confirmed shown experience in the P&C, Placement and Agro; Experience in a broker or insurance company; Proficient in written and spoken English; Relationship with industry.
