erenciar e executar processos de folha de pagamento de ponta a ponta com precisão e eficiência.
upervisionar operações de Terceirização de Processos de Negócios (BPO), garantindo conformidade com normas legais e padrões da empresa, além de atingir acordos de nível de serviço (SLAs).
uditar e monitorar atividades de BPO para manter o alinhamento com políticas internas e marcos regulatórios.
olaborar com equipes multifuncionais de Pessoas \uamp; Cultura (P\uamp;C) para alinhar processos de folha de pagamento com os objetivos organizacionais.
arantir que as operações de folha de pagamento estejam em conformidade com acordos sindicais e regulamentações trabalhistas locais.
ornecer suporte a funcionários e partes interessadas; resolver solicitações e tickets em tempo hábil, acompanhar e escalar quando necessário, garantindo comunicação de alto nível.
anter-se atualizado com legislações trabalhistas e questões de previdência social.
onduzir iniciativas de melhoria contínua para aprimorar os processos de folha de pagamento e a experiência dos funcionários.
