Support the management of social media accounts across various platforms Create engaging and relevant content tailored for different social media channels Foster and maintain engagement with community members across platforms Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Demonstrate excellent written communication skills in all interactions and content creation Create and optimize content for Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram Actively engage in relevant subreddits and online communities to promote brand awareness Post introductory and informative content to educate the community about the company and its offerings Interact with community members to gather feedback and insights What you need to succeed in this role.
Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written) 2-5 years of experience in customer support and/or social media marketing/community management, ideally in tech platforms Familiarity with social media platforms.
Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload) Will be a great plus.
Portfolio or previous work samples to share Benefits and Perks.
