#VEMJUNTO ! About the position We are looking for a Reinsurance Analyst.
The professional will be responsible for managing the risk-sharing processes between insurers and reinsurers, ensuring the financial stability of the companies involved.
They will work on risk analysis and approval, report preparation, account reconciliation, and maintaining relationships with investors.
This professional will handle large volumes of risk and work directly with reinsurance processes and strategies.
Responsabilidades y asignaciones ·      Assist in recording and controlling special acceptances and facultative placements in internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
·      Support technical teams by providing information on reinsurance limitations to aid in risk decision-making, according to established guidelines.
·      Create detailed statistical reports on reinsurance operations, focusing on performance indicators, risk analysis, and premium distribution, aiding in strategic decisions.
·      Reconcile reinsurance and retrocession accounts, ensuring that financial records are correct and up to date.
·      Perform calculations and system inputs for reinsurance operations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal procedures.
·      Produce and review statements, contracts, and addenda related to reinsurance operations, ensuring compliance and adherence to standards.
·      Execute processes for checking and double-checking information and calculations, ensuring data consistency.
Requisitos y calificaciones Requirements.
Fluent English (mandatory); Knowledge and experience with Intermediate/Advanced Office Suite; Bachelor’s degree in administration, economics, accounting, statistics, actuarial sciences, or related areas; Experience with account reconciliations, report preparation and review, and calculation checking.
Preferred Differentials.
Experience in the insurance and reinsurance will be considered a plus.

· This position is based in Curitiba – in-person model with the benefit of two days of home office.
