Descripción del puesto vacante The Value Creation area supports Portfolio Companies driving professionalization, operational improvements, and creating value through best practices and top-class standards.
Value Creation team collaborate with the Investment team to build benchmark Companies, enhance scale and mitigate risks.
The Value Creation Specialist will collaborate closely with the Value Creation team to ensure governance through smooth routines and processes, monitor initiatives, consolidate reports, and oversee management systems across PortCos.
This role is responsible for ensuring the consistent application of value creation methodologies, developing and updating frameworks and managing special projects.
The goal is to enhance efficiency and collaboration, supporting the continuous improvement and success of PortCos operations.
Responsabilidades y asignaciones 1 - PMO of Value Creation team.
Define Value Creation functions work plan status for Internal Meetings; Create and consolidate Value Creation one-page report for PortCos; Design and implement processes for Value Creation routines; Monitor and consolidate Value Creation goals; Act as PMO of the PortCo Ops Steering and ad-hoc themes/meetings; 2 - Management system in place at PortCos.
Oversee the implementation of the value creation approach in new PortCos; Lead the maturity scorecard assessments with Value Creation function leaders and PortCos, define and monitor Value Creation plan; Define guidelines and ensure implementation of the management system in the PortCos (e.
.
Planning process- LTVCP/BP/Budget, Committees, letter of assurance); Define and monitor PortCos Value Creation Budget and allocation; 3 - Aqua Approaches and Frameworks.
Develop and maintain up to date methodologies and approaches for value creation processes throughout the lifecycle (Value Creation approach, Management System, Integration, PMI, Exit readiness, etc); Update the maturity scorecard framework according to the function scope changes and evolutions in the functional areas; Develop Approaches and Frameworks for new processes as part of the area continuous improvement; 4 - Special Projects.
Map opportunities, lead and implement efficiency projects across PortCos (e.

procurement, car fleet, health insurance, etc); Engage with consulting firms to develop potential partnerships based on the PortCos needs; Act on specific PortCo projects, serving as a PMO and assisting in execution; 5 - Value Creation Presentation.
