Responsabilidades y asignaciones We are seeking an analytical and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage and optimize our Ecommerce and Marketplace performance marketing across paid search (PPC) and paid social.
This role will also be responsible for performance marketing across key marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, Target+, and other emerging platforms.
In addition to managing and optimizing campaigns, this role will also support sales planning, performance evaluation, and SEO efforts, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure our marketing strategies are driving growth, traffic, and conversions.
This role will require a blend of performance marketing expertise, analytical skills, and a foundational understanding of SEO, as well as the ability to forecast sales, evaluate channel performance, and ensure seamless collaboration between marketing and ecommerce teams.
This role must speak and write fluent English, be willing to work PST hours and be abreast of US digital/ecommerce and fashion trends.
During the interview process, this role will be required to analyze a set of data and prepare a PowerPoint presentation on analyses/findings and will be required to present it during the interview.

Key Responsibilities.
Performance Marketing Management.
Collaborate with the performance marketing agency to plan, execute, and optimize paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and paid social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) campaigns to drive DTC sales and conversions.
Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring the optimal allocation of spend to maximize ROI and support sales goals.
Analyze key performance metrics (ROAS, CPC, CPA, CTR, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns across paid channels.
Work with the agency to refine audience targeting, keyword strategies, ad creatives, and bidding tactics to ensure maximum campaign performance.
Regularly monitor and report on paid media performance, making data-driven decisions to improve campaign results.
Marketplace Campaign Management & Optimization.
Monitor, track, and analyze paid media campaigns across major marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Target+, etc.) to assess performance, uncover trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns (including paid search, affiliate, sponsored products, and promotions) across these platforms.
Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to identify strategies for improving product visibility, increasing conversions, and maximizing ROI on marketplace platforms.
Social Shopping Campaigns.
Manage and optimize social shopping campaigns across platforms like Meta Shops, TikTok Shop, and other social commerce channels to drive product sales directly within the social platforms.
Collaborate with the social media and digital marketing teams to ensure seamless integration between social media content, paid advertising, and social commerce strategies.
Analyze social shopping performance and provide insights to optimize campaigns, improve targeting, and increase engagement with social shoppers.
Affiliate Marketing Program Management.
Support the strategy, execution, and optimization of affiliate marketing campaigns, collaborating with affiliate networks and partners to drive new customer acquisition and sales.
Work with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to track and analyze the performance of affiliate partners, ensuring that commission structures and incentives align with business goals.
Identify new affiliate opportunities and help onboard new partners to expand the reach of affiliate marketing efforts.
Sales Forecasting & Channel Performance Evaluation.
Analyze and track sales performance across all marketing channels (paid search, paid social, SEO, CRM, affiliate marketing, etc.) to evaluate their contribution to overall DTC sales.
Develop and maintain sales forecasts based on historical data, marketing spend, and performance trends to help guide decision-making.
Provide regular reports on sales and marketing performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and recommending adjustments to improve overall results.
Evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing channels and suggest budget reallocation or strategy adjustments to meet ecommerce goals.
SEO Management & Optimization.
Assist in the development and execution of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and enhance product visibility on search engines.
Work closely with the SEO team or agency to manage on-page optimization (meta tags, keywords, content, etc.), off-page strategies (backlinks), and technical SEO (site speed, crawlability, indexing) for the DTC ecommerce site.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, and generate actionable insights for improving organic traffic.
Collaborate with the product and creative teams to ensure content optimization, including product descriptions, category pages, blog posts, and other content on the ecommerce site.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page SEO audits to improve organic search rankings and user experience on the site.
Data Analysis & Reporting.
Utilize Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools to track, measure, and report on performance marketing and SEO campaign results.
Provide regular reports to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager on ecommerce sales, paid media performance, and SEO metrics, offering insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
Develop dashboards and reports to communicate the performance of campaigns and sales channels, including analysis of conversion rates, ROAS, organic search performance, and sales growth.
Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager in tracking marketing KPIs, sales goals, and overall business performance, using data to inform strategy and decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Collaborate with internal teams including brand marketing, product, creative, and ecommerce to ensure that paid search, paid social, and SEO strategies align with broader marketing initiatives and product launches.
Provide insights and recommendations to creative teams to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and product content for better performance across paid and organic channels.
Work closely with the ecommerce team to ensure seamless execution of SEO and paid media strategies, aligning with broader business objectives and the customer journey.
Trend Analysis & Strategic Planning.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in paid media, SEO, digital marketing, and ecommerce to help refine and adapt strategies for ongoing performance improvements.
Conduct competitive analysis on product listings, organic search rankings, paid media strategies, and overall ecommerce performance.
Provide insights into industry trends and identify new opportunities to improve marketing performance, sales growth, and organic search visibility.
Marketplace Listing & Content Optimization.
Assist in optimizing product listings across marketplace platforms by analyzing keywords, pricing, and content performance.
Ensure product descriptions, titles, images, and keywords are aligned with marketplace best practices to improve organic visibility and complement paid campaigns.
A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization.
Assist in running A/B tests on paid ads, landing pages, SEO content, and ecommerce features to optimize performance and conversion rates.
Work with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and other stakeholders to implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies that improve the user experience and drive higher sales.
Requisitos y calificaciones Experience.
3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, ecommerce marketing, or digital marketing.
Prefer candidates with experience with marketplaces, as well.
Experience with paid search (PPC), paid social, and SEO is preferred.
Sales Planning & Analysis.
Strong understanding of sales forecasting, budget management, and the ability to analyze performance across marketing channels.
Analytical Skills.
Proficient in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other analytics tools to track performance and generate insights.
SEO Knowledge.
Solid understanding of SEO best practices, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and keyword research.
Performance Marketing Knowledge.
Experience with paid search, paid social, and digital media strategies.
Ability to evaluate and optimize campaigns based on key metrics (ROAS, CPC, conversion rates, etc.).
Reporting & Communication.
Strong skills in creating reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
Ability to communicate data and insights clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Fluency in English.
Strong written and spoken English is mandatory to communicate with U.
.-based teams and stakeholders.
Marketplace Knowledge.
Familiarity with marketplace advertising models and understanding of product listing optimization techniques.
Team Collaboration.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, especially with remote and U.
.-based teams.
Proficiency in Excel.
Experience with building reporting in Excel, with intermediate Excel experience required (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, SUMIF, Charts, etc) and advanced Excel preferred (Power Pivot, Macros).
Attention to Detail.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure precision in tracking, reporting, and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications.
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, or others.
Experience with CRM, email marketing, and affiliate marketing strategies.
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and tools.
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive website optimizations, content strategies, and overall marketing performance.
