Operation Specialist - Our innovative physical and digital solutions improve efficiency, production and maximize reservoir value. Artificial Lift Systems (ALS) is a product line in the Baker Hughes portfolio, providing pumping systems to both the Oil and Gas and Geothermal market. Partner with the bestUnder supervision, the Operation Specialist ensures that BH maximizes its short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs. This position will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure BH execute the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditionsAs a Operation Analyst, you will be responsible for:Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment. Conduct all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars. Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon. Responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements. Primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out, and as such, will manage the relationship to ensure business success for BH. Be familiar with the assignedclients process for MOC / escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the clients objectives (examples clients asking for BH to operate outside of product specifications, client asking BH to execute work in way that is not aligned with the BH SOP). Prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery. Bachelors Degree or Technical Degree. Solid understanding of ALS systems and BH equipment offeringUnderstanding of P&L. Intermediate level of English. Work in a way that works for you.
