Position Purpose Responsible for leading and developing the ADP Japan Operations to execute company operational strategy and support the commercial success.
Develop and deliver ADP Japan organisational model with defined capabilities, accountabilities and skills needed for the successful delivery of the Celergo and Best of Breed ADP Japan solutions and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities · Collaborate with Senior Leaders to develop and deliver the overall operational ADP Japan business framework.
· Drive the ADP Japan product and business processes for cross-functional team members.
· Partner with Senior Leaders to define and subsequently drive future phases and market offering for ADP Japan offerings · Develop and execute operational business strategy to support ADP Japan targets and market share objectives for Payroll offering and future phases like HR and Time.
· Collaborate with Senior Leaders to define organisational team structures to support go to market strategy and service offerings.
· Support commercial discussions regarding delivery of cost-effective solutions answering both business and client requirements.
· Ensure delivery of appropriate ADP Japan Payroll activities in support of clients for both local and offshore activities (as required).
· Ensure consistent delivery around operational performance indicators, including regular reviews and communication of corrective action plans.
· Identify opportunities for better utilisation of business process improvement to deliver upon the required business results and ensure successful implementation of appropriate solutions.
· Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and desired outcomes.
· Partner and collaborate with HR on Talent Management Framework.
· Testing of features, enhancements, and integrations based on ADP business strategy.
· Provide reporting and analysis on key business success metrics, making recommendations for improvements.
· Manage, plan and schedule work allocations for both new and existing clients to maintain appropriate levels of service, productivity, and resourcing.
· Manage client escalations and feedback from stakeholders promptly and effectively to enhance both service and business outcomes.
· Implement and recommend process improvement initiatives to drive performance improvements across the operation.
· Lead the ADP Japan Operations team to deliver high level service outcomes in line with strategic objectives of the business.
· Provide effective leadership on projects to support the business as required.
Experience · Minimum 7 years executive-level managerial experience in a complex operational service delivery environment.
· In-depth knowledge of managing complex organisational structures including structure definition, planning, quality, and management of multi-faceted project lifecycles.
· Able to demonstrate strong awareness of general business skills including both people management and commercial/contractual interventions.
· Demonstrated experience in flexibility to adapt and respond to the needs of continuously shifting goals.
· Able to communicate effectively at all levels, including board level, and demonstrate personal integrity and professional authority in all dealing with colleagues and clients.
· Extensive knowledge of HCM in Japan processes and legislation.
· Strong leadership and people management skills.
· Demonstrable experience acting as the escalation point both internally and externally, utilising effective problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
· Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders · Significant experience in change management (process and culture).
