Network Implementation Expert (Hybrid) - SP or RJ Job Summary We are seeking a Network Expert to join our managed services team, which implements and optimizes advanced network infrastructures for data center clients.
This role requires top-tier technical expertise, leadership in mission-critical projects, and the ability to deliver innovative and reliable network solutions at scale.
What you’ll be doing Design and lead the implementation of enterprise-grade network solutions for customers in hybrid environments.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for complex network project architectures and configurations Develop and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and governance standards Drive automation and optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency Collaborate with global clients and teams to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions What we’ll expect from you Experience.
Strong experience in network engineering, with a focus on expert-level roles or leadership positions in large-scale enterprise or data center environments.
Proven success in designing and implementing highly available and secure networks.
Core Expertise.
Routing and Switching.
Advanced proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting enterprise-grade switches and routers (Cisco, Juniper, Arista).
Deep knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and other advanced protocols Datacenter Networking.
Expertise in SDN (e.
., Cisco ACI, VMware NSX), fabric architectures, and multi-vendor integration Security and Firewalls.
Advanced knowledge of firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA) and VPNs (site-to-site, client-to-site).
Experience with IPS/IDS solutions High Availability Protocols.
Expertise in HSRP, VRRP, and GLBP for redundancy and fault tolerance Network Performance and Monitoring.
Deep understanding of QoS (Quality of Service) for traffic prioritization Advanced experience with monitoring tools (e.
., SolarWinds, Zabbix, Nagios) and network performance optimization Cloud Networking.
Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud solutions, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud networking Proficiency in cloud-native network services, including load balancers, virtual gateways, and cloud security configurations Language Skills Fluent English – required for high-level communication, presentations, and documentation.
Intermediate Spanish – sufficient for technical discussions in global teams.
Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Telecommunications, or a related field Advanced degrees (MSc, MBA) or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
Preferred Skills.
