MIS EXECUTIVE

Mis Executive - _**_Dosssss_****Prepare timely and accurate MIS reports and dashboards as required by the stakeholders**- Interact and work closely with management, internal stakeholders & clients to understand the business information needs_- Ensuring all reports & dashboards are prepared as per stakeholder requirements as per the desired frequency (weekly/ monthly/ quarterly)_- Ensure regular review with the MIS Team Lead for 100% accuracy before populating any customized dashboard or generating any customized report_- Track and follow up with relevant stakeholder for timely updation and data management of parameters (key SLA metrics such as run- rate etc. ) _- Generate account level reports (billable and non-billable) on forecasting, scheduling (both onshore and offshore) and performance against SLAs, CSAT, Quality etc. _- Ensure zero non-compliances on process audit on data security and compliance_**Support and adopt tools and systems for efficient MIS generation and reporting system**- Continuous support to the manager in rolling out new techniques and initiatives to increase productivity_- Providing update to the manager on the progress of any new MIS initiatives_- Perform periodic maintenance and servicing of MIS system to improve operational efficiency_- Adopt new tools, technology solutions and develop capability through training to improve own productivity. _- Develop analytical skills and understanding of statistical analysis to suggest improvement in the quality of analysis_**Stakeholder management**- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for collation and accuracy of data _- Provide timely assistance in case of an escalation and support resolution of escaations/ issues_**_Stakeholder Interaction_**- Stakeholder Type_- Stakeholder Identification_- Purpose of Interaction_- Internal_- SL Leadership, MIS Leadership_- Daily Interaction & Reporting, governance_- Core Delivery Team & Operations (WFM, Delivery, Quality etc. )- Updation and management of data_- Understanding & Generation of MIS Reports & Dashboards- Business Finance_- Invoicing, MIS reports_- External_- Assigned client/ account_- To provide reports & dashboards as per the requirements_**_Display_**- Lists the competencies required to perform this role effectively:_- **_Functional Competencies/ Skill_**- Domain Expertise - Knowledge of various tools and statistical analysis methodology- Excel, Running Macros, Report Generation, Dashboards, WFM, 1X, HAD tools - _**_Competent_**_ _- Systems Thinking - Understanding of the Wipro system (interrelatedness, interdependencies and boundaries) and perform problem solving in a complex environment - _**_Foundation_**- Leveraging Technology - In-depth knowledge of and mastery over technology domain that commands expert authority respect- _**_Competent_**- Business Knowledge - Understand the DO&P process and workflow, key terms and performance and financial parameters - _**_Competent_****_- ****_Competency Levels_****_Foundation_**- Knowledgeable about the competency requirements.
