You will be responsible for: Analyze, draft and negotiate agreements on various themes, with EBANX''s merchants, partners, clients and others; covering a broad scope of legal specialties; Provide a high-quality legal service to all internal clients; Establish what needs to be done to solve an internal clients problems as soon as possible; Participate in the growth and development of the area; Advise on legal matters, covering a broad scope of legal specialties, such as general civil/contract law, international negotiations, and others; Support management with strategic data and information; Draw up contracts and other legal documents. Main requirements for this position: Experience as a Lawyer; Experience oncontracts and consulting, either in law firms or in-house; Advanced English and Spanish. What else would we like to see? Proficiency in some of the following areas: general payment agreements, intellectual property, private international law, LGPD; Data-driven analysis skills; Strategic approach to agreements; Teamwork as amain value; Ability to work in tight deadlines, without damage to the technical quality; Mandarin is highly valued.
