MARTECH ANALYST

Martech Analyst - The focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, collaborating with them to consistently deliver the best experiences, ensuring long-term client retention, and supporting the sales team with upsells and renewals of leading market solutions (Amplitude, Braze ). What are your responsibilities?Manage and oversee a portfolio of clients during and after the implementation of tools such as Amplitude. Conduct functional training for clients, ensuring the optimal use of the provided tools. Lead discovery sessions with clients from various industries to understand their products, realities, and develop personalized action plans. Become an expert in product solutions and data analysis, serving as a reference point for clients. Assess clients' needs and seek ways to increase engagement and satisfaction. Provide support in report interpretation and troubleshoot technical issues related to the tools and API communication. Work closely with sales teams, identifying expansion opportunities and ensuring a success plan aligned with client needs. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide reports. Collaborate with clients to understand their analytics needs, including critical business metrics and KPIs, delivering actionable insights for the business. What are the job requirements of this role?Advanced students or graduates in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or similar fields (mandatory). 2+ years in roles related to data analysis, technology consulting, or product management. 2+ years in implementing and training clients on SaaS tools. 2+ years of experience in customer support (mandatory). Proficiency in Excel and SQL, with a willingness to learn other analytics tools (preferred). Advanced English (mandatory).
