We are looking for a talented and motivated CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Intern to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive.
The successful candidate will work closely with a partner agency, assisting in the development and execution of CRM strategies aimed at improving the customer experience and optimizing consumer relationships through the sending of emails, SMS and WhatsApp communications.
Job description.
Creating Briefings.
Collaborating in the creation of detailed briefings to guide the partner agency in data analysis, customer segmentation and campaign sending; Innovation.
Contributing creative ideas for CRM campaigns, bringing new perspectives and suggestions that can increase effectiveness and consumer engagement; Brand Partnerships.
Working in partnership with different Colgate-Palmolive brands to understand specific opportunities and actively participate in the construction of the annual CRM sending calendar; Review and Approval.
Review and approve materials and campaigns delivered by the partner agency, sharing with the brands involved, providing feedback and ensuring that they are aligned with Colgate-Palmolive's objectives and strategies; Campaign Monitoring.
Monitor the performance of CRM campaigns, assisting in gathering feedback and identifying areas for improvement; Communication and Follow-up.
Facilitate communication between Colgate-Palmolive and the partner agency to ensure clear expectations and compliance with established deadlines; Documentation.
Keep detailed records of interactions, both meetings and campaigns, and the results obtained for reporting and future analysis purposes.
