Marketing Analyst Position Overview.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing Marketing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that our operations align with our financial goals and growth objectives.
This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities.
Gather and analyze data from various sources, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms, and market research reports.
Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and campaign performance.
Identify trends, patterns, and customer behavior insights to support marketing decisions.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.
., email, social media, PPC, SEO).
Review and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track marketing KPIs and present findings to stakeholders.
Conduct customer segmentation and profiling to better understand target audiences and optimize marketing efforts.
Perform competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and areas for differentiation.
Support the development of buyer personas and customer journey mapping based on data insights.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes to align with profitability and growth objectives.
Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (e.
., PPC, SEO, email, social media).
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.
., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with project management methodologies is preferred.
English level native or fluent.
