MANUFACTURING FINANCE ANALYST

Manufacturing Finance Analyst - Drive forward the control and compliance agenda within the territory in accordancewith Syngenta''s standards, in particular the Internal Control Framework (ICF) andthe Production & Supply Financial Framework (PSFF). Actively supporting business decision with business case, make or buy, financialstatements, cost projections and anticipating supply chain operational impact. ACCOUNTABILITIES:Pro-actively drive and deliver increased transparency and business insight to theterritory production financial performance. Provide support and challenge to theTerritory Production Team through insightful business analysis in order tofacilitate the delivery of excellent business and financial results. Pro-actively drive and coordinate key financial analysis (business deliverytracking, latest outlooks / estimates, business case, budgets, etc. ) in accordancewith global procedures and deadlines. Ensure continuity and accuracy in thereporting of monthly results, development of latest outlook and tracking ofbusiness delivery. Actively participate in the Production Finance month-end-close review meetings,highlighting variances against forecast and follow up actions to mitigate adversevariances with forward looking view. Be owner of standard fixed costing process, supporting all estimates related tofixed cost, cost breakdown and detailed cost analysis. Coordinate fixed standardcost process with Production areas to meet deadlines and achieve high quality ofassumptions and inputs. Drive Capital expenditure analysis and financial business case calculatinginvestment KPIs for decision making. Challenge assumptions in order to connectfinancial business case with E2E view of business, guiding best decision forSyngenta.
