- Technical degree from Mechanical/Industrial/Production with at least 8 years of experience
- Strong Manufacturing Engineering (ME) background
- Ability to interpret engineering / manufacturing drawings / Specifications
- Good knowledge on processes- Assembly/torque, painting, testing, cutting/bending, welding, crimping/wiring, disassembly/teardown, washing/cleaning
- Knowledge of creating Manufacturing Instructions by understanding the above process in floor for rolling stock products
- Knowledge in New product introduction process for rolling stock components and assemblies/testing
- Knowledge of Quality requirements and associated international standards for the above process
- Ability to create the Mis with minimal inputs
- Superior Project management to deliver all projects to success (Customer Satisfaction Index)
- Input data collection, customer interaction, coordination with offshore team, query handling
- Execute MIs independently and share the details to the offshore team for execution and coordination for successful completion
- Well versed in Portuguese and English, excellent teamwork and ability to work with different time zone teams
