MAKE AN IMPACT AS MANAGING CONSULTANTAs a Managing Consultant, you will have the opportunity to lead key clientengagements across a range of industries and types of projects, such as consultingservices, Test & Learn, or data and analytics. You will collaborate withexceptional colleagues to help some of the world''s biggest brands and answer theirmost challenging strategic questions. Working with technology and data, you willgenerate key hypotheses and independently structure workstreams to address clientproblems. Overseeing the day-to-day work of the Advisors Client Services team, you willidentify creative and useful analyses to address client problems, synthesizeanalyses into clear, sound recommendations, and share findings through impactfulstorylines and slides. Responsibilities within project management will includebuilding strong relationships with client management and independently assessingclient agenda, internal culture and change readiness. Strong presence & communication skills. Ability to communicate complex ideaseffectively both verbally and in writing in English and the local officelanguages. Proven team player with proven ability to work with all levels in a highlyintellectual, collaborative, and fast paced environmentExperience with project and/ or workstream management and clear delegation, taskownership, and task managementAdvanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required; SQL / data expertisepreferredtravel needs.
