PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESUtilize data analytics, condition monitoring, and maintenance analysis toDetermine and communicate status, reliability, and availability of NOVs productsIn CBM programs. Ensure success of CBM programs by actively supporting Program Delivery ManagerPDM and Project Manager PM as trusted advisor. Initiate risk analysis earlyAnd manage process of mitigation outside of PDM and PM domains e. G. TowardsRoduct groups, class, sub supplier. Communicate with Product Engineering to maintain organization wide support forReliability, maintainability, and design of existing or new products throughoutThe entire life cycle of the assets. Provide input to identify reliability- Related risks, and non- Reliability- RelatedRisks that could adversely impact operation. Work with Corporate groups on development of engineering solutions for assetManagement, collection of data, failure statistics or other information thadversely affect operationsWork with Maintenance & Reliability Engineering Manager to identify and establishDepartment processes and assure continual developmentsFACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESLead improvements on equipment maintenance, increasing reliability & availabilityEmpresa importante responsibility, communicate, and manage design improvements on NOV equipmentAs a Maintenance & Reliability Subject Matter Expert SME based on data, fieldResults and customer feedback. Recommend and contribute to Engineering solutions to prevent repetitive failuresOr critical failures, initiating and participatingin Root Cause AnalysisCreate technical and equipment reliability plans, requirements, inspection, andCertification scopeSupport PDM/PM to translate Class, Standard ISO, OEM and maintenance productRequirements into plansReview and approve certification requirements for equipment covered under programsEstablish equipment certification templates linking requirements for data, models,And tolerances to ease certification processCreate requirements with priorities for RS analytics to develop, build andConfigure analytical software modules as directed by program requirementsAnalyze and evaluate the quality/value of the automation of manual inspectionMethods including improvement of instrumentation, tracking, communication, orOverall cost picture. For approved R&D cases, initiate and organize developments and requiredCertificationsCollaborate with equipment responsible Engineers and product owners/Standardization group/ other NOV departments to ensure quality of necessaryInformation and documentation for program executionReview and manage program feedback, creating continuous feedback loops betweenInternal & external organizationsDeliver agreed KPIsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONSBachelors Degree in Engineering,Certified CMRP or documented understanding of maintenance concepts, management,And execution,3- 5 years experience from Lead Engineering functions or in a Technical ProjectManager function or,1- 3 years field experience as Maintenance Lead/Supervisor or Maintenance Manager,Experience with R&D and improvement processes,A combination or equivalent experiences will be considered,Great communication skills in English and in Portuguese.
