LOGISTICS SPECIALIST - TEMPORARY

Key Responsibilities Manage the logistics team, conducting the daily flow of storage efficiently, prioritizing the dispatch of sales orders originating from the dealership channels Ensure the area's SLAs in relation to customer order delivery deadlines by evaluating and adapting the processes from the receipt of goods, storage, output scheduling, picking, invoicing, shipping and loading with a transport partner Constantly improve internal logistics processes to gain operational scale Manage operational indicators of activities within the Distribution Center Promote new ways of optimizing the warehouse and gaining synergy with the supply of the Corporate DC Promote cyclical inventory with strict controls in line with GWM's internal procedures Ensure the level of breakage (breakdowns/losses) in the stock, with the supplier, observing the procedures for handling and storing the goods Prepare the work plan on a monthly basis, taking new goal assumptions to meet the need for delivery deadlines and order billing Ensure quality control in product shipments, without damage and well packaged Control inputs (packaging, tapes, forms) and ensure correct use within the operation Control of orders for invoices, ensuring that the deadline for dispatch is respected Regulate and configure logistics systems in terms of delivery times for carriers and DC process time, based on the day-to-day situation Perform other activities inherent to the position Required knowledge and experience Third-party management experience problem solving skill work under pressure Ability to communicate with different audiences Negotiation skills Team work Good communication Desired qualifications and experience Bachelor's degree English Minimum of 5 years of experience in spare parts warehouses, automotive segment Experience in Inbound and Outbound Logistics management Consolidated experience with International Logistics SAP knowledge - MM, SD modules
