hat You'll DoAs a Logistics Analyst at Tractian, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing inbound logistics processes and inventory management.
Your role will focus on ensuring the efficient and timely arrival of raw materials, maintaining accurate stock levels, and supporting the overall inventory flow.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor stock accuracy, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to streamline the inbound process.
Your work will be critical in ensuring that material availability aligns with production needs and operational goals.
esponsibilitiesAnalyze and optimize inbound logistics processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of raw materialsMonitor inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and proper stock rotationCollaborate with the logistics team to identify opportunities for process improvements in inbound operationsSupport inventory management activities, including stock replenishment and cycle countingTrack performance metrics (KPIs) related to inbound operations and inventory accuracyCoordinate with purchasing, production, and other teams to ensure material availability and avoid supply disruptions,RequirementsProven experience in managing inbound logistics operations and inventory controlStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose solutionsFamiliarity with inventory management systems and best practicesGood communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsProficient in EnglishBachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields,Bonus PointsExperience with SAP or similar logistics management systemsCompensation.
