What We Are Looking For? We need a Local SEO Growth Lead who can take charge and drive results in local SEO. We need someone whos deeply curious, a natural problem solver, and technically savvy. A love for delving into the weeds and problem solving until you hit success is a prerequisite for this role. Youll also need to be self-reliant, have a natural intuition, and be able to map out strategies and processes. Why? Because youll be responsible for managing and growing eventually 100s of Google Business Profiles. This role delves into the dark arts, going deep into the land of grey hat SEO. You need to be comfortable with trying multiple different tactics, often hitting failure but knowing youll eventually come up trumps. Building out processes, strategies, and automations is key to us scaling local SEO aggressively while continuing to see improved results and output. You'll be diving deep into data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Ahrefs to reverse engineer competitor success and identify untapped opportunities. This means uncovering high-value keywords and mapping out content strategies that align with our aggressive growth targets. You'll report directly to our Head of SEO and have daily calls to strategize, plan, and evaluate your progress. You'll be measured by your ability to improve local rankings, manage successful SEO campaigns, and deliver leads through smart strategies. Growth Opportunities : Youll work under our Head of SEO operations and Director. Youll have daily calls with the SEO team, developers, designers, and more to coordinate and collaborate to achieve your goals. Youll be graded on your ability to rank, scale, and report on all Google Business Profiles. We align bonuses alongside your SEO results. Strong opportunity for growth into a more senior SEO position, handling and running a team of local SEOs. Youll constantly have opportunities to develop relevant skills, try tactics and strategies you devise, and take courses you feel will help drive your success in the role. The Ideal Candidate Digital Prodigy : You need to show a savvy prowess for digital tasks. Youll be expected to work out automations, set up tracking, occasionally edit websites, and work alongside developers. If you cant hack going deep into digital, this isnt for you. Deeply Curious : You need to be able to question and test the modus operandi. SEO is an evolving beast, with constant twists and turns. Those that excel are the SEOs that test, try new approaches, and trust their instincts. Following the standard white hat approaches shared on the internet will only get you 20% of the way there. Like Zuckerberg, we need to test, move fast, and break things. Data & Keyword Research Mastermind : You live and breathe data-driven decisions. You get excited about diving into analytics, extracting insights, and uncovering golden keyword opportunities. You can reverse engineer competitor success through data analysis while understanding search intent and content opportunities that drive real business results.
