About the position As a Learning and Development Analyst, you will be responsible for.
Developing, implementing, and managing learning development tracks, with a focus on leadership and technical development.
Creating personalized learning solutions that engage different audiences and promote results.
Continuously monitoring, updating, and managing content to reflect current and future competencies.
Evaluating the impact of L&D programs and proposing improvements based on KPIs and analysis.
Requirements Experience in developing technical learning tracks in tech companies or startups.
Experience in developing leadership programs.
Knowledge of data analysis tools and experience with L&D indicators.
Advanced English.
Differentials Solid knowledge of agile L&D practices, creating and adapting content for different audiences.
Postgraduate studies/certification or experience in Project Management.
Intermediate/advanced Spanish.
Experience in facilitating training sessions.
