We are looking for a Latam Cross Functional Engineering Director (SP or RJ) who will lead Manages a team that support critical facility uptime requirements in the areas of project controls and asset management as well as supplemental engineering site support as required If you have an engineering degree, previous experience as a director, knowledge of Data Center asset control, Control Engineering, Energy/Sustainability, Cross functional Engineering and leadership of cross-functional teams this opportunity is for you.
hat you’ll be doingManages a cross functional team which provides Asset Management expertise, Project Controls expertise as well as escalated site support for critical facility infrastructure when required.
nsures that the team is working safely, effectively and with high regard to human error avoidance.
rovides strategic guidance and direction to drive team results.
eads and implements resources to complete projects as required.
anages the team to ensure completion to Equinix's required standards, KPI's and SLA'sEnsures correct processes are followed and all documentation is complete.
hat we’ll expect from you Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Telecom, Mechanical or AutomationFluent English is mandatory, Spanish is a plusSolid previous experience in lead, inspire and develop your team of critical facility subject matter experts.
aintain strong working relationships with assigned site locations.
aintain and improve Continuous Improvement processes and culture.
irect the reporting of key performance indicators.
revious experience in managing critical facility disciplines.
nowledgeable in critical facility engineering disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
