LAM BRILLIANT FULFILLMENT PROGRAM LEADER

Lam Brilliant Fulfillment Program Leader - - Lead Brilliant Fulfillment programs - improve customer fulfilment related supply chain processes, reduce transactional touchpoints, support digital improvement projects. Provide tactical and operational focus and direction to cross- functional teams. Main focus area is: Supply Chain (Customer Service, Planning, Logistics) in Latin America- Make data-driven decisions. Perform Root Cause analysis, make recommendations for improvements and reinforce control processes. - Engage and partner with IT in projects definition, execution and functional project management, driving development on target in cost and on time; functional and end-usertesting in SAP, training materials, train end-users and functional teams in process and system changes- Ensure integration with the Global Brilliant Fulfillment Organization and align Latin American Supply Chain and Commercial tools and processes with the Global Standard- Continually analyze flow of Order to Deliver cycle and implement effective actions that drive cost, service and cash- Drive team to sustain OTC of 95%+ through operational rigor, process improvements, and system utilization and enhancements**Requirements**:- Bachelor''s degree from an accredited university or college- 5 years minimum experience in Customer Care or Supply Chain- Proven experience in use of Six Sigma and/or Lean methodologies- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience- Knowledge and/or digital project experience- Strong MS office or Google workspace tools knowledge- ERP system experience- Planning, analytical and critical thinking skills- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish- Strong customer and results oriented mindset- Ability to adapt to / drive change across functions and dynamic business environment from remote**Desired Traits**:- Ability to map processes, identify gaps- Experience across LAM (especially Brazil and Argentina) in process improvement and answering country-specific requirements- Experience across multiple areas of Supply Chain (Logistics, Planning, etc)- SAP ERP system advanced user in MM, SD modules- Knowledge of other ERP tools- Knowledge of Data visualisation tools- Prior experience in production planning and scheduling or logistics functions- Prior experience in Customer Care and working on digital transformations- Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization- Ability to foster a team environment and drive change- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and leadership skills- Knowledge of Tableau and desire to learn to develop reports and analytics- At Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions, we realize diverse teams make smarter decisions, deliver better results, and build stronger communities.
