om Job Summary Facilitate the improvements and support of SAP SD.
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions identify interpret validate and document customer requirements.
Facilitate meetings workshops to collect business requirements.
Map client business requirements processes and objectives develops necessary product modifications to satisfy client's needs.
Design customizes configure and testing of SD Responsibilities Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
Document functional designs test cases and results.
Attend to tickets with compliance with SLAs based on the client's criticality rules.
Desired Skills Experience.
Experience in a cycle implementation as well as in support projects and configuring SD modules.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables at the same time.
Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
Ability to work in a team environment effectively interacting with others.
Must be results oriented.
Adaptability flexibility English is a differential Qualifications Must have experience in SAP HANA Analytics SAP SD analytics and SAP.
Must have a background in Industrial Manufacturing.
Must be a native Portuguese speaker.
