Key Responsibilities Ensure our systems and infrastructure operate efficiently and securely.
Support and lead the implementation of new clients and systems.
Give support and perform system configurations, including Warehouse Management System (WMS) Level 1 and 2 configurations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Identify areas for continuous improvement to increase efficiency, security, and compliance.
Proficiency in programming and ability to work within a technical support team.
Work within a technical support team to resolve issues and provide support to users.
Your Profile Students (final semester) or graduates with a bachelor’s degree in IT, Systems Engineering, or similar.
Around 2-4 years of experience.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to quickly acquire new skills and adapt to new systems or software.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Ability to approach situations with empathy, tact, and discretion.
Emotional intelligence and diplomacy in interactions with others.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service.
