Exciting Absolutely!WHAT YOU- LL LEARN & ACHIEVE:Works autonomously, take broad perspective to problems, and support UL- salesRofessionals in all administrative processes, including quote generation, orderRocessing and booking, post- Ales customer service support and anywhere elseAdministrative assistance is required. RESPONSIBILITIES:- Engages with customers Confidential telephone or electronic inquiries for the purpose ofTaking orders, order fulfilment, or admin- Related post- Ales activities- Develops and shares quotes for specified categories of leads using standardizedRicing tools- Processes orders into the ERP after quote acceptance, ensures clients receiveFollow- Up of sent quotes and assists in turning quotes into orders- Supports account managers and owners by performing administrative- Related tasks- Tracks previous orders and supplies data from internal data sources when directedY account owners and representatives to facilitate deeper knowledge of accountsAnd account opportunitiesWith less experience- Coordinate efforts and resources with related teams or departments to achieveObjectives- Lead the teams to resolve post- Ale inquiries received through either phone,Ame/address changes, file transfers, myUL support queries, FUS estimates,File/volume withdrawals, reinstatements, alternate listing, Product iQ supportEtc. - Identifies & anticipates patterns and links; looks beyond the immediate problemTo the wider implications. - Helps the team to tackle complex problems using new and innovative solutions.
