Handling support tickets; Perform platform monitoring and code analysis to fix errors and respond to tickets.
Qualifications What does it take to join our Internship Program? Be studying a degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis, IT Management or related, from the 2nd year onwards; SQL Server at basic level; Javascript at a basic level; C# at a basic level; Excel at a basic level; Intermediate level programming logic; English and Spanish will be differentials; Availability to work 30 hours per week during business hours; Availability for a hybrid work model.
