Job Description Reporting to the our VP, Client Management in Brazil, as an Account Executive you'll support customer relationship management, help manage a client portfolio, ensuring you understand your clients business objectives.
You are experienced in sales and customer service, and are a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results driven approach.
Responsibilities.
Elaboration of weekly monitoring reports with results vs.
plan Quality controls with listening in Customer Service especially focused on commercial attention Prepare monthly reports Support the efficient running of your assigned client accounts Understand and be able to discuss Jellyfish product/solutions provided with the client Partner with other capabilities or teams to complete tasks (eg.
a product, project management, billing) Understanding of Jellyfish's value proposition Understand the Everyday Fundamental Tools for Client Management Analyze client data to provide strategic recommendations that align with clients' business goals.
Qualifications Client-facing skills, team worker, and communicative person 2 years of experience in a accounts/customer service role Experienced in developing and presenting proposals that address client needs General knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook, GMP, Analytics value and operation Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects and ability to connect to Jellyfish culture A passion for digital and stay up to date with industry trends and new skills Strong organizational skills English proficiency is desiredNote.
