It Support Engineer - The ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment. We are looking for an IT Support Engineer who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will: Attention to service requests. Network installation and configuration. Installation and configuration of desktop computers and devices. Provide technical support to the end user in the management of all office tools and applications and systems managed by the organization. Client software configuration. Establish a diagnosis of possible failures that may occur in the equipment and generate an effective and definitive solution to prevent recurrence. Inform the project coordinator of the need to replace and/or repair any element that is showing faults. Configuration of mobile devices including smartphones and tablets.
