It Network Engineeer - Requirements: Basic requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent work experience Basic understanding of Business Operations (OT) concepts Advanced understanding of ITSM Framework (ITIL). ITIL Foundations certified required Must have relevant licenses or certifications- CCNA At least 5 years technical expertise in switching, routing, security (firewalls), wireless systems Expert knowledge of troubleshooting layer 1, layer 2 and layer 3 issues QoS design, deployment strategies and architectures experience Monitoring tools like CA eHealth, Solarwinds Orion, PRTG, or Ciscoworks Understanding of various network storage (SAN/NAS) & backup technologies. Needed skills: Good communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and focus on problem solving and secure end-user satisfaction of our services Previous experience working in Global Teams Time Management Teamwork & Work Ethic Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving Technical Writing Organized and structured way of working Curiosity & Avid Learner Fluent in English (written & spoken); French is a plus Open to related travel (+/- 35%). Your Responsibilities: As the Network Engineer based in our local HQ, you will be responsible for: Troubleshooting network (LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP etc. ) and firewall-related issues while providing excellent customer service according to priorities based on business impact and urgency Managing the lifecycle of the existing infrastructure to keep it modern and up to date Automating tasks and coming up with improvements to increase efficiency Collaborating with project managers and technology teams to deliver efficient and quality projects Working closely with vendors, partners, and other relevant stakeholders Creating technical documentation and reviewing it regularly Providing guidance to other engineers and sharing knowledge via technical sharing sessions with the Service Desk Conducting latency optimization testing, identifying breakages and recommending solutions Supporting a secured wireless environment Supporting datacenter migrations, upgrades, and redesign Supporting global HQ, regional, and plants with Cisco and Meraki devices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
