O foco principal desta posição é apoiar o aplicativo SAP IS-U Billing para o cliente,fornecendo soluções para incidentes, solicitações de serviço e solicitações de mudança dentro dos SLAs e KPIs acordados.

Requer Inglês avançado, experiência com ciência da computação, engenharia informática e disponibilidade mínima para atuação durante doze meses na Alemanha.
