Position Summary Auxiliar no planejamento e acompanhamento dos processos de Exportação.
Key Areas of Responsibility Auxiliar na realização da cotação do custo de transportes nacionais e internacionais; Auxiliar no fluxo para gerar fatura internacional, packing list e nota fiscal para exportações; Auxiliar no controle de fluxos de documentos das operações de Exportação.
Garantir o alinhamento de informações com os demais setores envolvidos em processos de exportação; Efetuar follow up dos processos junto a fornecedor, despachante, transportadora; Fazer o preenchimento de planilhas da área Utilizar EPI (equipamento de proteção individual), como e quando aplicável; Realizar a coleta seletiva dos resíduos gerados; Consumir energia de forma consciente; Comprometer-se com a implantação e manutenção do Sistema de Gestão Integrado (Qualidade, Meio Ambiente, Saúde, Segurança Ocupacinal, Segurança Fisica, Lógica e Energética) de acordo com as normas certificadas e de acordo com as respecitivas políticas.
Minimum Qualifications Em formação do Ensino Superior, cursos de comércio exterior, relações internecionais e logística são um diferencial.
Inglês intermediário; Espanholintermediário; Pacote Office intermediário.
