Qualifications   Bachelor's degree (B.
S.) or higher in Chemical Engineering from an accredited college or university Five (5) or more years of experience in a chemical plant manufacturing environment required The candidate is expected to demonstrate the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment; solve difficult problems and work well with others.
The candidate will be expected to both lead and serve on team projects.
Must be dedicated to meeting expectations of internal and external customers; practice active listening, speak clearly and concisely, write clearly and concisely; make decisions based on a mixture of analysis, experience, and judgment; sets objectives and goals independently.
Familiarity with industrial plant environments and equipment is required.
