Inside Sales Representative I - DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESMake retention calls to existing customers with the goal of booking their pilot trainingCommunicate with customers within the territory on a regular basis to develop rapport. Must be able to overcome objections on the phone and determine next steps. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets by territory. Support sales activities in defined territories by working closely with platform Client Account Owners and Client Account ManagersFocus on generating repeat business through defined sales campaigns. Create and send possible training dates and class availability to customers. Ensure all reporting and CRM entry is done accurately and on-time. Track competitive landscape and help create strategy by territory. EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONPreferredBachelors degree in Business, Aviation management, or relevant experienceMinimum 1-2 years of telephone sales in. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIESMust possess strong interpersonal and communication skills; as this position requires selling over the phone and the ability to communicate effectivelyMust be customer service orientedComputer skills to include MS Office and CRMAdvanced English skillsPreferredExperience with corporate flight departments and/or charter operatorsGood working knowledge of CAE''s product offerings and internal structure.
