Inside Sales Associate - With Polar Speed and Marken included, the UPS Healthcare division staffs 128 locations with 5,500 employees worldwide. PURPOSE:The Inside Sales Associate will focus on customer acquisition. This position involves cold calling new potential & existing clients, client business referrals, or web leads. Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Work with client to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue. The Inside Sales Associate can be based out of Brazil; 70% Home office 30% Office/travelMAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESCold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clientsUnderstanding client needs and offering solutions and supportResearching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resourcesQualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clientsPresenting and delivering information to potential clientsAnswering potential client questions and follow-up call questionsWorking with sales team when closing saleTracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metricsBuilding pipelines with team members to close salesMaintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc. ) of prospective client informationClosing sales and working with client through closing processWorking closely with Marken BD team & supporting with relevant task as required for existing accountsREQUIREMENTS &QUALIFICATIONS:Bi-lingual in English and Portuguese is required.
