Suas funções
Atendimento ao Cliente: Responder rapidamente aos contatos do marketing.
Qualificação de Leads: Utilizar técnicas de Spin Selling para preparar reuniões.
Fechamento de Vendas: Conduzir vendas por telefone.
Follow-up: Acompanhar a presença em reuniões e situações de não compra.
Solicitação de Indicações: Pedir referências seguindo o método ensinado.
Gestão no CRM: Monitorar todas as etapas do processo de vendas.
Abordagem Consultiva: Entender as necessidades dos leads e oferecer soluções personalizadas.
Avaliação de Oportunidades: Identificar leads com maior potencial de conversão.
Estratégias de Fechamento: Implementar táticas eficazes para encurtar o ciclo de vendas.
