INFRASTRUCTURE TECH LEAD

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Tech lead with a strong background in PostgreSQL Azure SQL DB T-SQL GITHUB Azure Cosmos DB and Terraform.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Transportation Management Concepts.
This role involves overseeing complex projects ensuring timely delivery and driving impactful outcomes for our organization.
Responsibilities Lead project planning sessions to set project goals and objectives.
Oversee the development and implementation of project plans.
Provide technical guidance on PostgreSQL Azure SQL DB T-SQL GITHUB Azure Cosmos DB and Terraform.
Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Preferred experience.
Good T-SQL experience Being able to write and debug stored procedures views etc.
Good performance tuning experience Being able to look at a database and see what queries were performing poorly Being able to change the query and or indexes to make it perform well Understanding of schemas users and permissions (SQL Server or Postgres) Being able to learn the tools we use Azure Portal Github actions Terraform English-speaking They will eventually be on the on call rotation and must align with US hours Please upload your resumee in english Why Cognizant?
