Support in managing Office 365 services and Power Applications (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate etc.) Maintaining computer network Installing and maintaining of Windows servers and all respective features (AD, DNS, WSUS etc.) Automating processes (Powershell, Active Batch, Desktop Central) Creating dashboards and monitoring environments (Elastic Stack, Solarwinds, etc.) Virtualization (ability to manage virtual machines through vSphere) Managing SFTP server Responding to incidents in the production environment Creating procedures and providing training Documenting all reported malfunctions and actions taken in response.
\n Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar course.
Advanced organizational skills.
Significant experience with user support Must know how to use.
